2012 Football Recruiting – How To Get Recruited This Season

Is the 2012 Football Recruiting season on your mind? Football is almost here and if you want to have any chance of being recruited this season, it’s time to put a plan in motion. Here are four steps you should consider taking this football season.

Four Steps To Take In 2012

If you want to get recruiting for football during 2012, it’s your time to take some positive steps toward making your dream a reality. Here are the four steps I recommend:

1- Football Resume

Make sure you go into 2012 with a football resume. As you have great accomplishments on the field, add them to your resume. If coaches are already recruiting you, sent them your updated resume during the season to make sure they are aware of the success you continue to have on the field. ข่าวบอล This will help you to stay on their recruiting radar.

2- Game Film

Don’t wait until a coach ask you about game film to start trying putting it together. Has some game film put together as you go through the 2012 Football Recruiting season so that when a coach ask you about, you have it ready.

3- Know Your Limits

The reason many kids don’t end up playing college football is because they don’t know what level of college football is right for them. Everyone wants to play major division one football, that’s a given. However, not everyone has the talent, skill, and physical size or abilities to play division one. There is some great football played at the division two and three levels (including NAIA Division one and two football). Target some smaller schools if that is the right answer for you.

4- Control Your Own Recruitment

Don’t count on anyone else or even your high school coach to make sure you get recruited for football in 2012. Make sure you take control of your own recruitment by making direct contact with college coaches at the level of football that is right for you. Coaches need players and they will be happy to hear from you if they think you can help them compete and most importantly, win more games going forward.

Summary

You now know what to do, and it’s time to take action. The good news for you is that very few players (your competition) take any of these four steps toward being recruited on their own. Don’t wait until this season has come and gone and it is too late, get started now on the your 2012 Football Recruiting plan.
